Time for electronic minute no 301. A relatively structured sound and patch. It's not exact, not exactly repeating. Sometimes an electronic high-hat sound i heard.

Hps model was used to transform a few notes from a flute. Frequency stretching was used without timbre preservation. Has an old analog cassette/lp vibe. Mono track at 44100 = fs.

Sweeping through frequencies with an old analog radio, german radio stations. Recorded with tascam dr-40.

Short resonance sweeps created on the roland sh-101 synthesizer. These work nicely for ambient electronic sounds (add some delay) or transition effects.

Hello,. This is the sample pack that i completed for the sound design course at slam academy. The theme of this pack is sounds that could be used to make melancholy and dark sounding music, but use however you see fit. I used ableton’s operator and analog synthesizers and xfer’s serum plugin to create this sounds. All processing was used using ableton’s stock effects and serum’s stock effects. This is an aif (garage band) file of just good ol' tape hiss recorded from a jvc tape machine (cassette). It's just tape hiss. You can change the freq to help blend it in your recordings. I have the volume on this at a higher level. When i blend this with my digital recordings i turn it down just enough to hear it without it being too analog sounding. Hope you can use it. It's great for soft passes and solo instruments, much like white noise of a studio perhaps.

Constant arpeggiators rolling with the waves, shoulda added a panning lfo but o well. Added eq eleminate some frequencies.

Just some experimenting around with my modular. . . . . I take a signal from an lfo and split. I invert one of the signals and mix them.
