This is my second blade effect. Let me know if it is any good. I think it sounds just a little bit better than my first one. I used a blood splatter, a shovel sound, a clothing rip, and my own swinging sound. Like always, no credit is necessary. Use it in any games or movies you make. I'll be seeing if i can use this too.

Operating a table saw to cut a variety of slabs. Water dust suppression was used and the dripping water can be heard as the saw winds down after the cut.

Scraping two kitchen knives together to get that classic "shing" sound. Some clanking sounds are also made when the knives touch together. Recorded on iphone 6s and cleaned up in adobe audition.

My wife bought me this cool remote control helicopter for my birthday, so i recorded it flying around the room. At the very end, the blades knick the wall a couple times before it falls to the floor and stops. Attribution is not necessary, but if you use it, i'd love to hear what you did with it. This was created by accident while trying to make engine noises. I can't remember the base sample but it's lost in the mix underneath reverb and other effects that create something that sounds to me like the interior of a helicopter. I hope that's useful to someone.

While i was recording the atmosphere of a park in tokyo, a helicopter suddenly passed over me. It didn't seem to be an attack chopper. Relieved. Somebody walked by in this very moment. At835st set to wide stereo mode and korg mr-1.

This was recorded in a woodshop with a loud dust collector going on, so it's not the cleanest recording. But if you need a noisy, nasty sounding mechanical thing then this'll do it.

It's a raw nearly minute-long recording of an electric fan running. Sounds similiar to a little aeroplane motor mid-air. Recorded using a zoom h2. Originally 96khz/24-bit wav. Converted to flac using audacity.

A smith & wesson folding knife, it has a very wide blade for his model. It's opened by placing the index finger on a push-button, while swinging the knife forward. Recorded with olympus ls-p4 onboard microphones.
