This is a recording i took in my back yard on the 4th of july 2014. There are the sounds of crickets as neighborhood fireworks being set off faintly in the background sounding almost like a war zone. The house is off a busy street, so there is also some traffic sounds. Neighborhood dogs bark at the fireworks faintly in the background.

I've fiddled with this sound for a while, its 22 layers of base tones, atmosphere and static blended together to create a heavy, powerful sounding beam weapon. The finish is a slowed, lowered and reverberated tone from a french horn.

One satisfying thunder crack, followed by it's rumbly aftermath, as well as a car passing on the street in the distance. There is no compression or eq applied, and the file has a high dynamic range, so for many applications you may need to use some dynamics processing to reduce the dynamic range. I made a good comparison to jacksepticeye's videos and what happens in his house. Took about an hour to make because i was repeatedly adding 250% more gain to the intro(on audio mass) but i added so much that when i downloaded it it came out sounding like just static so i added way less gain. I recommend going to audiomass. Com to try this out if you like.

Honestly, i just went "pkhoooooo" into my laptop mic, bass boosted it, slowed it down, pitched it down, and ran it through a low-pass filter in audacity. Heavily pounding bassdrum originally made from 10 litre bottle punching sounds recorded with my fake shure c608 mic and heavily processed by adding some modulations, distortions, layering some attack and setting bass part (under 200 hz) to mono.
