Sound when combing hair.

This is a set of drum set interpretations of the baião pattern. Kit used was a 16" kick, dampened, but not stuffed to sound more like a surdo, a 14" ludwig snare, one riveted ride cymbal and hi hats. Simply recorded with a single sm57 but they are clear sounding loops. I'd be interested in hearing anything you use them in :).

Burned some brush the other night and recorded the sounds it made as i added pieces to the fire. Also night noises from insects, traffic, wind.

Brushing off a down/nylon jacket, as if dusting snow (or rain or dust) off of someone's shoulders. Could be used for many different swishing noises. Recorded with stereo nt1a mics in a soundbooth. Volume boosted in audacity. No other effects.

After i wake up from my alarm, i run to the bathroom, turn the water on, and brush my teeth. This sound is what it sounds like when i turn on my electric toothbrush.

I put a toothbrush inside if a toilet roll and spun the roll on the tooth brush. This was recorded at the open window institute sound booth in centurion, south africa.

I could not see it so i'm not exactly sure what this is. Some type of gas powered brush cutter or weed wacker. Wind chimes can also be heard. Tascam dr-05.

Recording in the city is hard but i found a small canyon made of rocks in a park which helped block out traffic noise. Equipment: rode ntg3, zoom h5, izoptope rx4.
