I made a saw wave and put some flanger and paulstretch effects to it on audacity and made this synth-like saw wave inspired by the saw wave sample from the ps1 startup sound. If you want to put a loop to this sound, it's 67109 to 84907 on openmpt. Do whatever you want with this (like sounds or music) and credit me if you want as pk superstar256 (in a fan project) or ismo-kun games (in a commercial project). Canon 310xl consumer 8mm film camera rolling, then making a click sound when it stops. The rolling part of the sound is loopable. This jump scare sound was created by playing 2 dissonant chords on a single coil telecaster mic'd up w/ a vox ac 10 amp. The two guitar tracks are panned left and right- reverb and delay are added. The delay tail you can hear oscillates between left and right speaker as it fades. Additionally, frequency enhancers were added between 4khz - 6khz which adds a higher tonal energy in the upper range of the guitar. Gain is added which can be heard as signal noise mostly at the end of the clip. Enjoy. Bainmack.

Potable hoover (vacuum as known in the states) powered-on. Portable vacuum cleaner turned on. Short sample which can be looped. Two samples are included, the first is about 30cm away from the microphone and the second is a close-up to the microphone. I would advice using the end of the audio file to apply noise removal however have left this upload of the sound unedited so you can tweak this yourself to find what fits your project best. Noise removal may not be necessary at all depending on how you incorporate the sound. Also to be fair, how do you add noise removal to what is essentially glorified white noise?.

Got a group of about 8 people to say "hey!" a few times. Layered all the takes, compressed, and added a touch of reverb. I've used this one a bunch in my own songs. Sometimes, to achieve a convincing gang vocal effect, when i don't have a gang, you can sing your line a few times, and then layer this "hey" under each syllable, and you can get a pseudo-gang vocal. Works in a pinch if your mix is dense enough. I'd love if you'd credit joshua scott or rjc studios if you use this sample, but don't sweat it if you don't. Good artists borrow, great artists steal.

This is the sound of a vacuum cleaner shutting off. It can be used for a lot of things: a big robot shutting down, an aircraft landing, a sci-fi weapon shooting, an awesome sfx for some dubstep and so on. It's recorded with my tascam dr-40 field recorder with the highest quality settings possible. This recording was made in the afternoon during a rainshower under my carport in louisiana. The rain is striking three different surfaces in this track: cement, roofing and plantlife. Now, i'm no pro, nor is my equipment (olympus ws-310m w/ built in mic), so discerning these different sounds is difficult. You can hear the dripping from rain: fast drip in the background of this track. However slight, there is also a noticeable electronic note which is simultaneous with the water striking these surfaces. You can also hear slight rustling sounds that could be wind or my shirt moving near the mic (i was wearing the device on a lanyard). The file is wav, recorded in stereo at 16 bit at 44. 1mhz.

Some more of that young sounding couple next door. Got some loud moans on this one. At 0:36 is the sound of a door close. At 0:44 you can hear the woman say "well let's make out, what do you think of this?"they were probably already started you know before it got to 2:00. Those silent parts have a bits of very soft pleasure noises that are hard to hear, but it's there. Passed 7:15 is where you can start to hear some clear sex noises of them, that's where all the good parts begin. Passed 10:00 is where the couple finishes their pleasure. This was shorten and edit with audacity.

Commercial airline flight from phoenix to los angeles. Long recording of interior of main cabin. Engines can be heard loudly. Upon reaching 10,000ft the flight attendant gives the in-flight instructions over the intercom.

A normal sized orange balloon was blown up and then blown down by holding the bottom of the balloon very tightly so that minimum air can come out, resulting in the very high pitched screaming sound. A zoom h6 recorder was used, with the xy capsule, in a normal room.

A railway arch under the mainline just near waterloo east station, london se1. Sparrows and wood pigeons can be heard, together with the whine of the stationary train on the tracks above, and the deeper rumble as the train moves off.

A close recording of me splashing about very gently in a basin of water. You can hear bubbles forming on the surface. Some birdsong and road noise in the background (but edited to remove the worst). Used as a layer for a dock ambience. Recorded with an akg c414 into a focusrite saffire pro 40.
