This is a recording of the audio transmission of the digital mode jt-65 through a yaesu ft-950 amateur radio on the 20m band. Information on jt-65 can be found at http://physics. Princeton. Edu/pulsar/k1jt/wsjtx-doc/wsjtx-main. Html. The recording was made by a zoom h6 with one input connected to the radio's monitoring output. Recording was made at -12db. The file was trimmed with audacity and exported as a wav 96khz file.

Features a lot of groaning, clicking, bending, stretching, etc. Could be used for rope torsion sfx, pitched down for metal stress / strain / fatigue, clicking elements could be used for creature sounds.

Ambient recording of a yakiniku restaurant in tokyo. I used a stereo pair of microphones mounted on the table next to the grill at 120 degree angles. There is a fair amount of noise from the grill itself, but if the volume is reduced for use as a background noise, the grill sounds becomes negligible. You can hear the background music, the waiters and kitchen staff and some diners/utensils. Near the end an order is placed in japanese.

A tense but pretty still athmosphere created with a number of tools by me. Got some subtle movement in it and consists of several major parts. While fooling around with the beat repeat plugin in ableton one day, i noticed it would do this cool rhythmic decrescendo whenever i would hit "repeat". But not when i would export! so i just kept messing around with a simple hi-hat loop with audacity running in the background. I've cut down and sampled this recording many times, think it's time i let it go to see what the internet can do with it ;).

Bats recorded along the lagan river near belfast in september 2019. This recording was originally made at 192 khz but the registered sample rate has been changed to 16 khz in order to make their ultrasonic calls audible in playback. In this excerpt you can hear social calls (the trills), soprano pipistrelle echolocation (the higher pitched chirps) and common pipistrelle echolocation (the lower pitched chirps). Recorded on a sony pcm d100 using knowles ultrasonic mics. Noise reduction has been applied.

Modulating a full wave rectifier at audio rate. Fixed modulating frequency. 2. I mix my the output of my two osc and clockmy clock divider with that and take /2 to mixer. Field recording of a train ride in the western outskirts of paris. I wanted to capture what passengers actually hear when they take that train. It's a bombardier regional train with diesel engine. This is simportant because it gives this particular train a distinctive acoustical fingerprint: you can hear engine bursts (a bit like a bus hitting the gas) no electrical train does that. . . It also has a nice roaring drone. Recorded with a zoom h2n in stereo x/y mode.

This is a 808 bass which i sampled from my novation drum station. The sample covers one full octave from c#0-c1. The sound was recorded through a yamaha m1516 which pretty much has the same circuit as a api. As you can hear it sounds pretty much the same as a roland 808. The drum station uses analog modeling so the sound is pretty nice. Feel free to use in your productions. There is no need to contact me if you release a track with this sample just enjoy.
