Recorded a clap in a quiet winter snow-covered forest in rural ontario. Can be used for an impulse response. Not ideal, but interesting anyway! recorded with a zoom h2n recorder.
A digitally modelled impulse response of a location. I use these impulse responses for sound implementation in games, but some of these work great on musical sources as well.
An impulse response made and edited in audacity. I was originally trying to make an outdoor ir, but it ended up sounding like a cave or tunnel. If you're interested, you may want to check out my impulse response pack for more ir's. Thank you!.
Impulse responses based on public domain recordings of historical events from around the world and from space. Some processed to stereo artificially. Gun shot in texas.
Impulse response of a 1986 alesis microverb on the large 2 setting. Recorded through a tascam us-1641 into studio one 2, convolution done with voxengo deconvolver.
An ir panning delay that might might give your mix a little extra. An ir whith both delay and reverb. Created by recording the impulse response of a signal going through echo farm and revibe.
Impulse response of a large concrete stairwell in an industrial shopping center. Use this file in conjunction with "stairwell 1 (xy stereo). Wav" for a 4 channel surround recording. You can deconvolve all these recordings with the original sweep file in this pack. Happy deconvolving!.
Impulse response recorded from a bursting balloon in the st. Carolus church in vienna/austria (karlskirche). Measured reverberation time (rt60) is 5. 0 seconds average. Recorded with a measurement microphone k4 by arnold esper on the ground level of the church, 8 meters distance from the source. For measurement and analysis purpose, can be used as convoltion reverb also.
An impulse response i made of the spring reverb found in the roland re-301 chorus echo (1977) running into a mackie 8bus desk at "optimum" levels. Made and processed in reaper.
Impulse response of a 60s tube spring reverb unit, fisher k-10 in stereo at 96khz. It is very versatile it looks good on drums, guitars, percussions, synthesizers and vocals, in addition to the beautiful spring sound in stereo.
Impulse response from a teisco 450e delay/chorus effect unit. Old and grungy delay with max feedback. Requires lots of filtering before use but authentic and rare. .
Impulsional response from the 52. 329 classroom at pompeu fabra university, barcelona. Recorded with behringher ecm800, m-audio soundcard and the soundsystem from the classroom.
Impulsional response from tànger underground hall that connects roc boronat building with tànger building. Recorded with behringuer ecm800 and m-audio soundcard.
Single clap in a tiled shower with open glass door in a small bathroom with closed door. Recorded with zoom zh1, denoised with izotope rx2, matched to pink noise.
Single clap in a tiled shower with open glass door in a small bathroom with closed door. Recorded with zoom zh1, denoised with izotope rx2, matched to pink noise.
Recorded a clap in my bathroom with no shower door or curtain with a zoom zh1 @ 96khz 32bit, denoised with izotope rx, flattened spectrum slightly by matching with pink noise.
This audio is not a sound effect itself, however it can be used with an impulse response plugin to recreate the acoustics of a particular environment. This particular file is designed to replicate the acoustics of distant muffled club or rave. This was done using the "profiler stereo lsp plugin" and placing the microphones on the opposite corner of the speaker in a highly reverberous house forcing the audio to reverberate around a corner. After this, a low frequency boost was applied in post along with other general cleanup of the audio.
I tried to create a frequency response by means of eq matching, in the sound of the original tapes, and with the same sound using the optigan going to the sidechain of the eq matching, this was the most faithful i could do.
Linear decay produced from stereo pink noise to reproduce 80's plate reverb in a convolution reverb plug-in. This can be filtered to find best character.
Impulse response generated from field recordings of a parking garage. Recorded using an audio technica bp4029 m/s shotgun microphone into a zoom h4n recorder. This recording is part of a pack of impulse responses comparing different recording and post-processing techniques. A full explanation of the experiment and recording process is presented in this video: https://youtu. Be/nm65zx3u7me. Sweep recordings were deconvolved using voxengo deconvolver.
