I just recorded this on my phone whilst i was chilling in the conservatory atont the back of my house. . . The heavens literlly opened for a very heavy shower of. . . You will hear the rain on the roof and i move the phone closer and further away from the roof so to get a good soundrange. . I also open the door and let the recording pick up the natural outside showering and rain gushing over the gutters hitting the patio and back step. . Small river stream with big flow from the snow melting up in the mountains of transilvania.

The churning white water of a rushing river cut into a perfectly seemless loop. Recorded on location during a video shoot using in camera microphone and then later processed in my daw. A small rock slide event occurs on cathedral mountain. Clear, separating pops and clicks are audible as the rocks cascade down the slope.

This is the warm up then lift off of an erickson sky crane. It was operating out of the central cascade mountains in washington state, in the us. This helicopter is for fire fighting, and can carry 3,000 gallons of water or retardant to a fire - it's enormous. There are only 31 sky cranes in existence, and in august of 2018 we have two of them fighting fires in our surrounding mountains.

Moderately flowing stream - jack creek in central oregon's cascade mountains flows out of the ground at the base of three fingered jack mountain. The water comes from a glacier on the mountain a couple of miles from where multiple springs create the large creek bubbling up from the dry ground. This recording was done several hundred feet downstream where the creek was already about 50 wide and only about a foot deep.
