Three variations on a short choral "aah" 1. Dry. 2. With reverb. 3. With organ and reverb. Upon refelection, i reckon should've hit this a simple a#3. :(. Resynthesis achieved with imageline morphine additive vsti synth. The morphine spectrum was multilayered, fattened by adding flchorus, flreverb2 and soundgoodizer. Flstudio equo and fruity parametric eq2 used as notch filters to eliminate ringing.

A live recording of a 100+ choir in rehearsal. Recorded using a matched pair of rode nt5 for the left & right with an additional akg c451 for the centre. The idea of this recording was to capture the way a choirs sound fills a room. Some minor addtional eq has been used in the 35khz range boosting by 1db to give the performance a little oompf.

An example of how the subtonic serves as a secondary dominant to the mediant (in A minor: G is the dominant of C). From Bach's Chorale Ach wie flüchtig, ach wie nichtig, BWV 26. It is a reduction of the opening of the "Choral" or sixth movement.

This is a "happy birthday to you" rendition to celebrate the 15th freesound birthday (april 5th 2020). The sound has been made by researchers of the music technology group of universitat pompeu fabra (i. E. Where freesound happens!), and voctrolabs. The sound uses choir synthesis technology developed for the trompa eu project. This means that what you hear are not real singers but synthesized voices generated by a computer! the score adaptation for choir is based on a score published in the choral public domain library. Hope you enjoy it and. . . . Happy birthday dear freesound!.

Small rooms can be modeled as well as large spaces. • filter section: with filter type box for low pass filter and high pass filter. • amplitude range parameters: it controls the loudness, the way in which we perceive amplitude. The sensitivity level is set by the user. • panning potentiometer control. • midi cc automation: implementation of midi continuous controller parameters for use with external hardware control via daw.
