This is a "clap" that i recorded very roughly simply by tapping my fingernail on a ceramic radiator (yes, it did hurt a little bit)it sounds very lo fi and organic, and there is a slight metallic resonance to it.
A raw audio mp3 recording of someone clapping like they are not very appeased with the performance. Recorded with a black sony digital ic voice recorder.
I recorded myself snapping my fingers clapping, brushing my clothes, etc. And constructed from them this percussive loop. It can be used as an add-on loop to any track. Loops a 126 bpm.
Large audience rhythmical clapping. Finlandia hall helsinki. November 2016. Just a poorly recorded file from a cell phone but when you need a sound it doesn't matter too much. We know how to fix it and make it work.
A classic dance-type noise clap. For the sake of an inside joke, i was going to put a lengthy description here, drenched in sarcasm, implying that this was stolen, but that's probably not a smart thing to do.
Dry thunder clap with no accompanying rain. Recorded with a roland edirol r-09hr and edited in adobe audition. If you use this sample, please tell me what you did with it below! links are nice too.
This is part of a set of samples demonstrating the capabilities of the diy version of the hexinverter mutant clap module (eurorack/modular synth). Of particular note is the noise bleed present in some hexinverter diy products as discussed on the muffwiggler forum. Except where noted as "with vca," all samples are recorded without added effects or processing. "with vca" samples have been tidied up with an envelope modulated vca. One may choose to see the bleed as a feature or flaw. . .
