Bats recorded along the lagan river near belfast in september 2019. This recording was originally made at 192 khz but the registered sample rate has been changed to 16 khz in order to make their ultrasonic calls audible in playback. In this excerpt you can hear social calls (the trills), soprano pipistrelle echolocation (the higher pitched chirps) and common pipistrelle echolocation (the lower pitched chirps). Recorded on a sony pcm d100 using knowles ultrasonic mics. Noise reduction has been applied.

The mitosis pack is a pack generally founded on just 1 beat pattern, the most common dance drum pattern found in techno music and trance. This pack uses the single pattern and expands upon it through various sounds that make the pattern sound different. 001 is the basis of all. Reaktor - arobic was used to mainly create this loop.

Lots of strong bass on this set. The bass sound was produced by lowering the frequency to about 20 on reaktor - arobic. Amazingly, it sounds fun.

Maybe this is a bit too loud. The overdrive and the crazy percussion instruments adds a bit too much on this loop. I think it needs to be refined.

This is a variation of the loop: 005 from the mitosis pack. The odd bass sound (or melody) is the result of tweaking too much with the modulation.

Midnight, mont de marsan (france), november 23 is the day of the wild cranes migration. It is fabulous! the fog is settled in the city, and these cranes are invisible! close but invisible. The nearby military airbase gives rhythm to the soundsc@pe with its take-offs and landings of fighter planes, which make the acoustics of the city resonate.
