I used the il autogun vst synthesizer and a novation launchpad and created a short loop.

Sony dvp-s530d cd/dvd player. A couple of takes of the disc tray being gently pushed closed. The first take includes the sound of the player spinning up a disc. The left channel is a sennheiser mkh-416 and the right channel is an akg c414 b-uls, both into a john hardy m-1 preamp into pro tools. Each mic has a slightly different recording position and overall sound.

An intermittent but consistent 700 hz beep like an alarm clock.

A recording of myself typing for about a 45 seconds. I recorded this for a personal project, because i wasn't able to find any sufficient quality and length audio files on freesound that would suit me. .

This is a creepy sound i created by loading few megabytes of /dev/urandom to audacity as gsm 6. 10 raw data. I also added some wahwah and slowdown to make it sound even more weird.

Sound of computer keyboard (standard plastic desktop keyboard by dell) being used to type a sentence. Recorded using zoom h4, normalized with audacity and adde fade-in and fade-out. Recorded at the communication campus of the upf, barcelona, spain.

This sound is a recording of a keyboard typing. It was recorded using a zoom h4 recording device at the upf campus in the 003 aula from tallers.

This is a high-quality foley sound effect of me typing on my logitech k811 keyboard. Chain: ev re320, mogami gold studio cable, apogee element 46. Daw: adobe auditionresolution: 48khz/24bit.

I made a script in python with three balls bouncing around at different speed. When the ball hits a wall a beep is played. The slowest bass plays a 110hz beep. The middle ball a 220hz beep and the fastest a 440hz beep. Python can’t play two beeps at a time…sort of random “music”… you control the rhythm with the ball speed.

Sounds a bit like a robot computing something (obviously a smaller, perhaps friendly or unaligned robot), or a computer, or a grocery store checkout. I originally got this sound from scraping a nail-belt along a plastic chair, and edited the clip in audacity. Enjoy!.
