This came from the cheapest looking keyboard i've ever seen, yet it had really good features for sampling, plus a mike in that makes for some really, really, really cool distortion.

*warning* --- you may want to turn your volume down*this was accidently created when i was goofing around trying to convert an iso file. It was actually for the movie "a beautiful mind". When the conversion started i wanted to see what it looked like so far and this is what i got out of it. I didn't want to delete it because it sounded so cool. . . . No it didn't. Well cool patch anyway? it's what i like. Small variations on a simple theme. Sloth lfos and a jerk off (both from nlc) are the engine. Yes and a comparator. Using an or/gate-combiner to create a trigger-ish for quadra to react on. Analog delay and spring reverb. Why did i do this patch from the very beginning? when the voltage on x from sloth reaches a specific value a trigger is generated and i sample the value on y and uses to select pitch on an oscillator. The one playing the long tones. Chaos creates my variations. Sh1t, now when i've stopped recording cool thing are happening. Promise. . .

I put this recording through a 'pitch looper' a program called cecilia, really cool program if you want to produce something similiar. The original recording i've also uploaded separately was taken with a rode nt4 mic and with a didge of mine in the key of b from northern queensland (kuranda).

Basically i recorded a fidget spinner spinning into my windshield of my condenser microphone, it made a cool low end sound. I made some post processing at the end just to make it sound more cohesive. The sound is tuned to g but the pitch slightly bends.

A metallic riser that could be used in a song or to build up to a moment in a game or film. Made by hitting a spoon with a metal cup (recording with an iphone), adding tape delay with lots of feedback and short time in logic pro x, and reversing the bounced audio. I'm really proud of this - it sounds really cool!.

Three looping envelopes 2 on quadra and one pip slope. Forming a minimal rhythm. It's not stable. I make it even more unstable by injecting some cv to one of the envelopes. Maybe i injected a little to much? cool anyway.

Racking the slide on a. 45 automatic. It may have been a colt. May require some trimming and buffing. I think i recorded this with an akg perception 200 using cool edit -- and i did it to get my room-mate to leave (after we recorded the sounds of several of his guns and a sword. . . ).

This is the sound of my computer idling (while recording in audacity, but that should make no difference) recorded using an old aiwa stereo microphone, which performs quite well. Don't worry, my computer is not this loud in real life, it's just normalized audio.
