A distorted arpeggio with sharp release and long sustain used as a background layer for an a-ha moment in a film. Used a roland groovebox self-record utility straight to wav, which is pretty good, though it results in quieter high frequencies.

These sounds were created from xpand!'s sitar sound font and musescore's clave sound font. They were used in an ambient track simulating the sounds of exploring an ancient egyptian tomb. This could be used as a transition, when discovering treasure or a secret passage, or any number of events that need an egyptian or middle-eastern flavor. No need to credit me for this sound, but feel free to let me know how it was useful for you in the comment section below.

While making an ambient track simulating a fortune teller's caravan, i designed 3 sounds in pro tools by layering and editing presets within ambience and soft pads. They add a bit of magical flare when the tarot card reader turns over a card. This sound can be used for any kind of transition, item acquisition, quest accomplished, or other quick sound effect which needs a light, magical quality. This is a sound made from my dog molly's bark, it can be used as a sound of discovery or when an object falls in a long hallway. Enjoy!.

This was made using the library: native instruments discovery series india in kontakt, 126 bpm.

Some sweepish sounds. Synthesized with "vacuum pro" vsti from air, the patch was a unmodified "500msvph"added effects with a "tassman 4" vst filterbank, multiple low pass filter with some oscillation. Echo was enable in a part of this whole creation.

A taunted dark drone atmosphere, spooky string resonations with a disjointed piano in the background. A tense sound, perhaps for a scene of reflection or a disturbing discovery. Flickering black and white images. Created in ableton live.

*short, synthesized evolving looping ambient teaser sequence with deep reverb on distant kickdrum. Fades in and fades out. A hint of a dreamy, chilling out atmosphere. An aural echo of days of gentle hippiedom. An accidental discovery as a result of feeding ni massive through flstudio's effector vst. An x-y controller is attached to effector with asychronous ramping of the x and y gains via two control tracks. Strangely produces phantom instrument sounds, almost like guitar and organ. Created in flstudio 11 with ni massive, flstudio effector, reverb, compression and eq. The note track is made by me for no good reason - i just thought it sounded pretty. *there is, now, a longer version on my harddrive.
