I'm standing under a bridge where trains drive on and other vehicles drive under the bridge.

An excerpt from some in-car driving recordings i made with the windows wound down. My starting point is geotagged. I first turn right out of trail ridge court in streamwood, il, then wait to turn left at the intersection of schaumburg road and south sutton road. I then head north on il route 59. The car is a 1996 chrysler lhs 3. 5l v6 (note the recognizable sound of the creaky chrysler transmission as i slow to a stop). My recording setup was two audio technica at851a boundary mics, mounted upside down on the interior roof and facing out of the driver and passenger windows (with appropriate wind protection), running through a mixer into a zoom h4.

Multiple performances of pressing the eject button on a nintendo gamecube console and closing the lid again. Recorded with senal sci-3212mp microphone into zoom f4 recorder. Trimmed in adobe audition with high pass filter added, no other effects applied.

Nissan skyline sports car, whilst recording some passes - i decided to hitch a ride with the driver and grab some internals. . As you can see he tries to impress me an spins the car out. . Near death moment- i have to ask him to slow down for the next take!. .

This sound was made by me, i tied down my canon powershot a460 digital camera inside the engine bay of my 1993 rover 620si, and it's got a petrol honda engine, no turbo on this version. I had my video recording on my camera in the engine bay while i was driving. I started the engine up and took it for a drive. I simply took the sound off the video. A dell dimension l600r being booted up and turned off. This will work nicely for those needing genuine sounds from an old computer. The mic was placed directly inside the computer's chassis with the side door closed. No noise-removal has been applied on this recording.
