This sound is created with a drumbrute impact. There is a sweet spot with the drumbrute-impact fm_drum that can create a dual tone drum sound, this is how it can sound, but it is not easy to get it into the right pitch.

This is the sound of a spaceship's underbelly cargo hatch closing mid-flight after receiving a cargo transfer.
