I live next to a car repair place and they have a couple of hot rods that they fire up now and then. This is a '55 chevy and to me the idle sounds like a dragon breathing. He does a couple of slight burnouts and you can hear the echo off the buildings. Recorded with my yamaha pocketrak and edited with sony vegas with one track duplication. I recorded myself running my fingers across a metal radiator, and myself saying i see dead people. I then edited it on audacity.

While editing the sound i posted prior to this, some sort of glitch in logic's system gave me this. I made sure to keep it for freesound. It's just a few seconds of a glitchy, vocal-esque sound. Already mixed it together somewhat. It might be good for dj's.

Recording of a male slowly breathing in through his mouth which i made for a poetic video edit. 3 breaths in. 4 breaths out. Recorded with my rode ntg-2 on a tascam dr-40 at 96khz 24-bit. Cut in premiere pro and exported with same settings as recorded.
