We have a really old garage door that apparently is not very well lubricated. The squeaking adds a nice creepy feel, recorded using a zoom h4n field recorder.
Simple type of riff which would work for a beginning or break segment. Low gain type of sounds. Call it garage rock or alternative lo-fi rock. Actually changes into a couple different segments which might be useful.

This is an on-board recording of my 2007 chevy malibu driving in a parking garage. I placed my mic out the window while driving around the garage.
