The original description of the audio by piermic provided from the source: I have performed this improvisation with my plastic "Sopranino" recorder in my house in Rome, Italy, 5 October 2015. I recorded with a Tascam DR-05 and I added a bit reverb with Logic Pro X.

This was all recorded in enumclaw, wa on july 4th, 2013. I used a yamaha pocketrak recorder throughout the day and into evening when the fireworks started. There's an old piano outside the music store and i just caught the end of a young guy playing some nice music. I then just walked down the street recording the sounds. You can hear me talking to a guy who's working for a local politician. The b-25 mitchell bomber flyover was totally unexpected and i was lucky to have had the recorder going. It made two passes right over me and i love the sounds of those engines. It was a great day. Please comment on what you will use it for. Thanks. :^).

Pine cones dropping and landing on a bed of pine needles. This recording was made on a windy day, so there is some background "whooshing" wind; all in all, i think these pine cones softly landing on the needles can be put to good use. Recording made with my zoom h4n recorder, with a rode ntg-2 shotgun microphone. For this recording i literally wanted to get as close as i could, so i placed the shotgun microphone on the ground and carefully let the pine cones fall as close to the microphone as possible, but without hitting it. *not easy to do. I did edit out some of the direct hits!. Enjoy, and if you ever get the chance to spend a warm afternoon in the peace of a thick stand of pines, you should. Kvgarlic.

Something i did for a thing called victors crypt. I did it in garageband using chords of strings as the main theme in the tune. I'm back with another binaural. I am attempting to capture the sounds that remind me of the places i have visited. This is a recording of fuertaventura, in the canary islands, inland in the desert, morning with the wind blowing the sand, desert mountains all around just like the wild west. I upgraded my binaural mics to roland cs-10em from my homemade ones. I'm happy if you can notice the difference. I like that they are combined mics and earphones with little windbooms. Files are recorded in:24-bit 96khz. Wav. They are as big and as high quality as i can make. Please comment :).

This is the sound of a viking electric lawnmower in action; mowing a piece of lawn. Today i got my audio equipment. This is my first contribution. When i was walking around today to catch sounds, i met a man who was mowing his lawn. I asked him if i could record him while he was mowing his lawn. He agreed and i was allowed to record him mowing. It's a viking electric lawnmower. Description: a man mows the lawn with an electric lawnmower. He drives the lawn mower over a piece of path to the meadow, mows and drives the lawn mower back. At the beginning of the recording, there is a short question asked if he should start now, which i confirm. The recording is unedited. A buzz noise i made when i was pretty hungry and impatient but had to wait to go eat with a companion. It would probably be a good sound at lower level for the hum of some type of machine. (like my stomach. ).

I took a gunshot, put a little bit of flanger on it and then rolled off the highs of an explosion and layered that underneath. I also added a few other effects to give it that fluttery sound in the end.

I was driving during a storm and my radio started going weird on me, i took out my phone and recorded it. Sounds trippy with a lot of echo and a phaser.

My g-raid external hard drive turns on. I recorded this with my logitech webcam pro 9000 in audacity. Note: the hard drive isn't as laud as the recording is. I amplified it a lot.

I generated a square tone with audacity and applied a few effects to it, mostly wahwah i think, and faded in and out. If you repeat it, it makes a very believable sound for an old video game machine.

I needed some radio talk. That problem had a modular solution. For the first time i used samplers in vcv-rack. Voxglicht wave bank.

Just a short sound effect that i made for hovering over a button. If you're curious, i made this by quickly opening a pair of scissors right next to a mic then amplifying that sound a few times.

I needed a hard impact noise and created this one. It's made with a 909 crash cymbal. I've put a few effects on it to create this sound. I hope someone can use this sound for a project some day.

Insects (i think mostly crickets) make this noise. It sounds so. . . Infernal!, or futuristic (electronic for sure). I was trying to make a subtle beat in the background of a song and turned up the cutoff and got this. It sounds like a robot frog to me, and i figured i might as well post it in case someone gets any use out of it. Changes pitch every four bars. 100 bpm.

Some sound i accidentally made while recording something with my webcam mic. If i recall this was a sound i made after sipping some water. However, because of my webcam mic's lo-fidelity, it ended up sounding like a great menu accept sound for a game.

A jazz sample at 130 bpm composed on fl studio. The left channel preceding phase shift was implement by the removal of a sinelike oscillation. I deleted a left channel sinelike oscillation after the attack (and actually i omitted one more oscillation, because i didn't want to remove the very energetic ones).

This is a short stab of music that i think sounds a bit like the shimmering strings often found at the edges of an elder scrolls background theme. I would try to compose more but i don't have that kind of talent of really know what i'm doing.

Crowded diner/restaurant in tokyo. This is a stereo mixdown of a 4 channel surround recording i took in a crowded restaurant in tokyo. You can hear a a lot of conversations, some waiters and lots of utensil sounds. Most of the conversation in the background is in japanese. I think i heard some english when i edited this, but i'm not really sure. Anyways, good stuff. Mics were places at a 20 degree and 90 degree angle and then later mixed down to stereo. Enjoy!.

My dog growls when you go anywhere near him while he is eating, i noticed he seems to leave a little bit of food so he could run to it and growl (perform) when i came downstairs later on. So, i placed a condenser mic on his bowl and recorded him in 96k 24bit. I will no doubt use this in a short film and it's here for use by others too.
