This is a recording made in the room of my apartment in italy in the province of rieti while i was trying my new drone that i have for a few days, "dji phantom 4 pro". When i was walking around today to catch sounds, i met a man who was mowing his lawn. I asked him if i could record him while he was mowing his lawn. He agreed and i was allowed to record him mowing. It's a viking electric lawnmower. Description: a man mows the lawn with an electric lawnmower. He drives the lawn mower over a piece of path to the meadow, mows and drives the lawn mower back. At the beginning of the recording, there is a short question asked if he should start now, which i confirm. The recording is unedited. A buzz noise i made when i was pretty hungry and impatient but had to wait to go eat with a companion. It would probably be a good sound at lower level for the hum of some type of machine. (like my stomach. ).

I took a gunshot, put a little bit of flanger on it and then rolled off the highs of an explosion and layered that underneath. I also added a few other effects to give it that fluttery sound in the end.

I was driving during a storm and my radio started going weird on me, i took out my phone and recorded it. Sounds trippy with a lot of echo and a phaser.

My g-raid external hard drive turns on. I recorded this with my logitech webcam pro 9000 in audacity. Note: the hard drive isn't as laud as the recording is. I amplified it a lot.

I needed some radio talk. That problem had a modular solution. For the first time i used samplers in vcv-rack. Voxglicht wave bank.

Just a short sound effect that i made for hovering over a button. If you're curious, i made this by quickly opening a pair of scissors right next to a mic then amplifying that sound a few times.

Crowded diner/restaurant in tokyo. This is a stereo mixdown of a 4 channel surround recording i took in a crowded restaurant in tokyo. You can hear a a lot of conversations, some waiters and lots of utensil sounds. Most of the conversation in the background is in japanese. I think i heard some english when i edited this, but i'm not really sure. Anyways, good stuff. Mics were places at a 20 degree and 90 degree angle and then later mixed down to stereo. Enjoy!.

My dog growls when you go anywhere near him while he is eating, i noticed he seems to leave a little bit of food so he could run to it and growl (perform) when i came downstairs later on. So, i placed a condenser mic on his bowl and recorded him in 96k 24bit. I will no doubt use this in a short film and it's here for use by others too. I was just messing around with audacity again, this time slowing down my recording like a tape record, which not only stretched the time, but also turned down the frequency range which resulted in pitch shift. I stumbled around a sound that sounded like a huge horn exhaust - like those war pipes from celtics. So i experimented a little bit and made this one. Original recording was mono (but recorded to stereo track), however i added a reverb effect which created a nice stereo reverb effect. Feel free to use in games :).

I placed about 200 small brass ball-bearings (2mm diameter)on to a "half-life analogy apparatus" (which i have access to but i've never see the like using a google search. Basically its a titled wooden box with holes. The ball bearings roll down some of which fall through the holes and are collected in a beaker. The remainder are collected at the end of chute. Anyway, i just like the sound and hope someone can make use of it !i used a zealsound microphone and recorded directly into my laptop using audacity. The sound is as recorded.

But she seems to have a group of them near her who live there for at least part of the year. The 2 barks are from her late dog leo who she lost this year so i could not bear to take them out. Hey,. I tried to create an acceptable recording of a thunderstorm. Unfortunately i live near a freeway, so it was impossible to filter out the car noises. . . And also the wind blows a little disturbingly into the mic. . . Anyway, the recording turned out better than expected. Feel free to use it for whatever u could need it for. . . . I was trying to make a subtle beat in the background of a song and turned up the cutoff and got this. It sounds like a robot frog to me, and i figured i might as well post it in case someone gets any use out of it. Changes pitch every four bars. 100 bpm.

Some sound i accidentally made while recording something with my webcam mic. If i recall this was a sound i made after sipping some water. However, because of my webcam mic's lo-fidelity, it ended up sounding like a great menu accept sound for a game.
