Alert (!) or surprise sound effect directly inspired by the popular sound from metal gear solid. Performed live not quantized or synchronized to any particular tempo. The notes used in this performance should be the same notes used in the original game's sound (unconfirmed) detuned a few cents upward. Tools used:- fl studio by image line- dexed by digital suburban- edison by image line. If you'd like me to create any sounds for your next project, don't hesitate to ask. I'd be happy to help. As this sound isn't exactly a completely original creation or composition. I've set the license to cc0.

This is a request for scrapthefur, but anyone may use these if you like. I said each line three times. I do this just in case the first one wasn't ideal. "no" may've been said six times, but that was because scrapthefur needed two separate nos. Hope it sounds okay.

Generative modular acid line sequenced with my own custom script that is specialized for non-quantized sort of strings of notes. I mangled the envelope quite a bit though so it just sounds more swingy than anything i guess. Not sure what the bpm would be. Would be better if it were cut up for one-shot sounds maybe.

This sound effect was created with a long line of dominos being knocked over. The sound was recorded with the in-camera microphone on a sony a7s-ii. It is easy to loop; if you trim the beginning and end of the clip, the sound will flow seamlessly creating the illusion there are more dominos falling than in actuality.

Originally made for the disquiet junto project 0433: "kit bits: create a kit’s worth of percussion samples. ". I used 1. Recordings with a telephone coil microphone recording sounds from an external blu ray drive and a smartphone (telephone coil recorded via behringer xenyx q1202 usb mixer, line-in) and 2. Random recordings from a soma ether device (recorded with zoom h1n, line-in). In these recordings i picked up those areas which i though to be useful for a drum kit, just as i would do it for myself. This track contains all samples in no special order in one file. All samples my own, released into cc0 public domain. Would be nice to hear if someone does something with it. August 2020, 44,1 khz, 16 bit, flac.

Here's a bongo track i performed and recorded that was used in an ethnic style tribal track. You can drop this on the timeline at 120 bpm. It's an 8th note triplet feel in 4/4 time and it will line right up. Plenty of good stuff to pull from here. Free for all to use as you please. Enjoy!.

The standard way of filling in this descending thirds pattern is to interpolate a first inversion chord in between each of these descents by thirds. The result is a bass line that moves down continuously stepwise, resulting in a figured bass of '5-6', and therefore, the standard descending 5-6 sequence.
