Recording of some new year's celebrations in vienna. Captured using a clippy stereo em172 microphone and a zoom h5 handheld recorder. I positioned the microphone capsules outside the window on the left and right and then gently (almost) closed it. I setup the recorder and rolled the whole evening. This bit was around the apex of the celebrations in that part of town. Sadly some clipping occured, but i chose to upload the unaltered file. So no post-processing has been applied. Cut in ocenaudio. Field recording made at the occupy toronto demonstration which gathered in nathan phillips square in front of new city hall on 22 oct 2011. "human mic" technique is in use. A friend was travelling, stayed over, and brought a battered clarinet (they play saxophone usually)- i sampled, separated a few overtones, and put them back together.

It took me a while to create this sound using my previous techniques on my other punch sounds just added more whooshes to this one and used new plugins for new sounds added to this one. Should be used for huge punch sfx.

A brand new macbook box is so tight that lifting the lid won't open it; you have to wait for the bottom to slide out and drop. This results in a vibration that sounds a lot like a strange fart sound.

This is the first sound in a new pack called "in reality". This new pack was made to showcase the sounds made for stuff like music loops before they are distorted. This one is the original recording (with most static removed) of ceramic_crash. I simply hit a small ceramic bowl with a teaspoon 2 times.

I recorded this in my back yard. Birds can be heard, as well as children playing. The sound of a distant train horn can be heard. An airplane passes overhead. The neighbor's swimming pool filter is faintly audible. Recorded with a zoom h1.

Recorded just after the clock struck midnight, signaling the beginning of 2023 in greenville, south carolina with a tascam dr-05 stereo recorder. Very nice clear recording with basically zero unwanted noises except for an occasional light water drip. Audio edited to perfection by me. ;) did some light eq, compression, limiting, and stereo balancing, as well as removing some of the constant ambient white noise hiss.
