The reason these pills are specifically called acetaminophen is because all pills make a specific sound including the amount stored inside.
Making funny voice in catalan saying "escolta'm josep, tens un nou fàrmac?" which could be translated to something like "listen, josep, you got a drug*?" but not in the bad drug sense, in the pharmaceutical product sense.
