I needed a sound for a genie coming out of a lamp, so i blew into my hand three times and now we have this recording. Maybe i'll get a wish for each one i don't know.
I was recording with audacity on my blue yeti whilst in my room. The mic was totally unbalanced on my bed and it eventually fell over but when i played it back it sounded like a nice whoosh or poof. Also if you put it in reverse it sounds like a giant wind flap like a bird or something.
Couldn't find the dry puff sound i was looking for so i did a quick recording. Figured someone might find it useful!. Originally created for my podcast here:www. Divecloudcast. Com.
This is my sound recording of a lightbulb popping and shattering or a magic wand poof then glass tinkling. Recorded from an air gun and distant wind chimes.
A "poof" sound like you would hear when a magician throws down a smoke pellet and disappears or changes something. Created by touching two pillows together. Recorded on a zoom h2.
