Tennis ball bouncing on a tennis racket: in this sound you hear a tennis ball bounce on a tennis racket. At times the racket makes a metallic sound when the ball bounces off it. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. I added a low shelf and and 2 bands to try and make it sound less metallic at times. The ball used is a wilson ball and a wilson tennis racket.

I needed a file for a clip i was doing so i put together this file and reduced the sound while the girls were speaking. It made for some good construction racket.

A recording made, midday, on thursday december 8 2022 of a light, but very cold rain hitting the bare trees and the wet, brown leaves on the ground in a midwestern usa forest. Towards the end you'll be treated to a group of blue jays making a huge racket!other than that, no animal sounds at all. A collection of sounds, recorded at the fast-food parking lot. An uncommonly-warm day in the great north, the window was partway down so there is an outdoor ambient background. Straw is unwrapped and stuffed through the plastic lid of a drink, making its characteristic shriek. Remembering when as kids, four of us would sit around a table before the age of masking, and work the straws in the lids to generate a racket, i did that. This could be used as a cartoon-ish engine start failure, sounds like an old fiat. Then the crunching of a paper bag as a decadent burger is extracted.

Sounds of a 15-year-old dog with laryngal paralysis chewing on a rawhide bone in her crate. (very sad to me as lela is a beloved family member and near the end of her life, but maybe someone can put all this suffering and racket to good use. ) at about the 01:17 mm:ss mark, things get louder because i leaned the recorder up against her crate, near her face.
