Golf balls in a bag: in the sound you hear a bunch of golf balls in a plastic grocery bag inside a carry on bag jiggle around. Marble falling on a tile: in this sound a marble falls to the ground creating a very high pitch sound when the marble hits the ground multiple times in short succession. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. No processing was done to this sound. The tile is a common bathroom tile.

Putting magnets on a fridge: in this sound you can hear a person putting magnets on a fridge. You can hear that nice snap when the magnets are close. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. I added a low shelf to try to get rid of some background noise.

Sanitizing hands: this is a very useful sound effect in the times in which we live. You can hear the bottle spritzing sanitizer and then the substance, vigorously, being squished and rubbed into hands. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg in a recording studio. Pouring pellets into a bowl: here cat food is being poured into a metal bowl. You can hear the crackling of the bag, the metallic clatter of pellets hitting the bowl. Different temp’s can be found due to the speed in which the pellets were being poured. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.

Bottle cap coming off and on: sounds like a cap from a bottle getting twisted on and off with different variations of the speed at which it comes on and off. Looking through a golf bag: in this sound you can hear the clubs hitting each other making a metal sound. Recorded using the zoomh4n and the rode ntg1 condenser shotgun microphone. I lowered the volume at certain parts to prevent it clipping. The clubs in the golf bag is a driver, a wedge, a putter and a 6 iron.

I made this sound on beepbox. Co right after i rode a mississauga transit (miway) nova bus lfs serving route 48 north. The nova bus lfs is a 40-foot transit bus made by nova bus manufacturer. Miway ordered several of these buses to replace the new flyer d60lfr and el dorado ez-rider buses.

Blowing your nose: a very subtle sound but one that stays true to the common flue. You can hear the tissue crinkling when used, the slight sniffles and also the air escaping the man’s nose.
