Made this using audacity and soundforge with my voice with a deep pitched vocal, added minimal delay, added a resonant filter, and added reverb to give that distant feel.
Sound recordings of real exorcism performed during the second half of the twentieth century, the conditions and names of participants are unknown. It is known that the exorcism took place on the united states.
This sound is a simple recording of my self roaring and manipulated with cs6 audition. I used this with some feedback based delay and some reverberation to simulate the sound of a dinosaur dying in a game.
Based on irish folk tales, i was told that the screech of a barn owl is what gave birth to that myth. And so, using a snowy owl's screech and some audio wizardry, you now have a banshee. Enjoy!.

Just played around with a granulizer and this sound came out of it. Actually i made a track before where i was looking for this exact sound. But until now, i couldn't find it. So if anyone is looking for the same sound too, here it is.
