This is a demo sound from a project called "space choir" which is performed by an electric circuit with an arduino uno and pure data interaction.

A simple ray gun effect i made for use on manyland,i took a high pitched sound reversed and sped it up and it was recorded with an extension on chrome.

This is a charged up explosion i made for my project. It is used when a robotfalls on the ground and slows builds up then explode. I used a laser sound modified it with audacity, and combine with some smaller explosion and edited explosion sound with audacity.

This is meant to represent "stopped time starting to move again". It's rough around the edges but with better timing and editing it can make wonders. Sound made by a small electric motor cranking and reversing a lever (on an infant's glider/sleeper). This take has multiple repeats of the sound (a different take i have here provides just one repeat of the sound). If you pitch-shift this down about six steps and add a metal/plate/hall reverberation effect, it sounds remarkably like a sound you hear in the carbonite chamber scene in the empire strikes back :). This was recorded with a sony icd-st voice recorder held next to the glider, then noise removed with an audio tool, then normalized.
