A field recording from winchelsea beach from 17-06-2019. . Recorded late in the evening, around 8pm. There is mostly wave noises and general ambience with some seagull calls in the background. Recorded on zoom h4n pro with rycote wind baffle.

I recorded this from a balcony (5th floor) in the middle of a summer day (end of july), using a mid/side set (mkh30 + c480 b-uls/ck62-df omni) into sound devices mixpre3. Not any processing has been added, except a plain m/s to x/y stereo conversion and low-cut filter (30hz). This is a generally quiet atmo, sometimes light wind comes in, some seagulls and other birds are there at times, some construction work happens etc. The traffic noise is present, but in the distant way. Feel free to use it in any of your productions. Not for resale.

One of many shore samples of the seafront in morecambe that i recorded for an up comming project in the winter gardens. Recorded on a zoom h2n at crosby beach in liverpool on the 29/08/20 wind was 15mph. Biplane flies directly overhead followed by a few mins of beach ambience. File has been noise reduced with izotope software. If anyone requires the original raw wav file then drop me a message.

A foggy july morning. The recorder was placed on a rock about 30cm from the edge of the water which was moving very slowly. The waves were really shallow and soft. You can hear uk songbirds in the wooded area behind the recorder and seabirds in front of it. Occasionally you can hear a foghorn in the distance. Olympus ls-5, int mics, deadcat, 35hz hp @6db/oct, 5:30am.
