Recording of myself playing a home-made instrument constructed from a large suspended metal door affixed with bits of thin aluminum sheeting of varying sizes and bent at varying angles. The original recorded captured the apartment's heating system. I used noise reduction, then normalized the waveform. This sound is free to use whenever and wherever.

The kolvitsa originates from the lake kolvitskoye and flows into the kolvitskaya bay, kandalaksha gulf, white sea near the village of kolvitsa. The river is suitable for whitewater canoeing. Medium sized waves recorded sitting on a groyn (no giggling - that's the name given for a construction of wood or rock going out perpendicular to the coast to avoid erosion or longshoredrift)from whence i could get the gurgling of the water as well as the crashing of the small waves and the sucking and pulling of the stones.
