I was making a short film and needed a specific sound effect, so i recorded myself trying to push something that's too heavy. It also can be used for someone who's trying to open something shut tight. I also added a scream because the character on my short fell after trying to pull, so you can use that too if you want :).

Made by smashing a thick glass jar with a hammer. Wanted to give a little something back for all the sounds i've gotten from here.
