The florida grand prix runs every spring in the waterfront streets of st. Petersburg florida. I was standing in a blocked off street (so i wouldn't get run over) about 500 feet from the passing grand prix cars. These were the trial runs on friday, march 28, 2014. It's a 3 day event that attracts tens of thousands of race enthusiasts each year. This is the first event of the annual national series and it's said to be the favorite street course with race drivers. Recorded with a mono long shotgun microphone, then converted to a stereo file in adobe audio.

One meter wide, dead-end alley in my down-town city. At the end of the street is the main shopping street. The bird you hear are sparrows arguing. I'm sitting in the half away the small street with the headphone on and suddenly this man with a trolley came from behind. Not good for my health. It's a warm day in june 2011. An ambisonic recording of the ambiance on the main walkway in tourist city of sopot in poland. (the bohaterów monte cassino street, also known as "monciak"). You can hear people passing by and talking (mostly polish language, but also some others), some footsteps on snow (the middle part was cleaned, but there was some snow on the sides), bicycles, and a wheeled trash bin used by garbage man. Recorded with zoom h3vr (ambisonics a-format).

A walking recording, starts off with a very noisy garbage truck, then all sorts of other street sounds in east village, nyc. Ends with me entering my apartment building through a double door. Explicit content starts at around -2:00 where a guy wants the *whole* world to hear his drama and he uses some explicit language while i'm waiting to cross the avenue to my building. Any thursday, 12:00 am more or less. I was sitting down in a bench, looking to the buildings opposite me, with the road at my back. My handy recorder zoom h4n in my hands. Some people was chatting next to a car and then they got inside and they left (you can hear that on the left channel. Got it? "left" channel :d). You can hear people passing from one channel to another, cars and motorbikes. It was in c/ bravo murillo (madrid, spain). In that part, it is a one way street for vehicles, so all of them go from right to left channel.
