Recorded december 21, 2022 9:53 pm. You could call this an ambient sound, it starts off as the engine, and the plane taking off, and you can hear people talking. This is the second part of four sounds of a cessna 152. Here is the take-off and a very small part of the flight around the namur aero club. At about 3’05’’, we can ear the engine slowdown to reach the « cruise rhythm » ( approx. 2200 - 2300 tr/min). Recorded on 2017/10/21 with an olympus ls 100.

A sample from a quick flight that i took with a friend on september 8th, 2015. Audio was recorded with a zoom h5. You can hear the engine start, then we idle on the runway for a bit, and you'll hear us make a proper takeoff at about 13:30. After that it generally sounds the same. You'll hear when i crank the level down after takeoff, but you'll be able to easily compensate for it if you're serious about needing sustained flight noise for a small plane. The plane was a 1964 cessna 172e and were flying around vancouver, bc.
