This is a mix i've done for the march contest. It uses a few short water recordings i made in my apartment which i convolved, mutated, phase vocoded, and time stretched in sound hack.

Recorded with a zoom h2n via it's xy configuration. Afterwards the ambient noise surrounding the cicadas was removed. A great timing, led to a wide arrangement of cicadas perfectly balanced at right and left.

It was voice samples vocoded and re-processed many times in different programs. Mainly alot of delay and reverb but some vocoding as well.

Please excuse the naming convention. It is for a university project that i had to begin with my student number. This is an ambiance recording of crickets during the nigh-time outside.
