I recorded stop and go traffic on coldwater canyon one morning on my way to work. Nice variation of traffic that's moving and traffic that's just stopped and idling. Could be used for freeway traffic jams, etc. Recorded with: sound devices 702t, beyer dynamic mc930 mics.

I'm riding a bus (for disabled people) in to downtown honolulu amid the heavy traffic caused by last-minute christmas shoppers. I recorded this inside the bus with my lenovo laptop's built-in microphone.

Unknown local qrm in qth jn79ek. Frequency 3522 khz, day time. Strength: s9+20 db in peaks. It looks like a terrible spark-telegraph. . . Any traffic is impossible during this qrm.

Qrm listened in am mode on 80 m band in my qth jn79ek. If i use cw mode listening and narrow filter, the qrm is mostly worse. Strength: peaks s9+40 db. Sometimes any traffic impossible. From -41st sec. Of record is possible to heard my tuning around frequency.

This sound effect was captured by me on video on my canon digital powershot a460 camera, i stood just above the motorway at charing cross glasgow scotland and captured this sound from the jam packed motorway, both sides were busy, i even caught the sound of a police car coming along the hard shoulder. I simply took the sound from my video. We went to strasbourg to follow an invitation by an photographer to his vernissage! to bad that we got stucked into the traffic jam and arrived while the gallery was already closed! that was really a bummer because the drive took us four hours!lucky that i had my zoom h6 because strasbourg is by far an amazing city with so many street life. It is insane how many little streets with these tiny cafes and all the people around! it is like a magnet and you got sucked in. The french people know how to live life and i recorded in 3 parts of the city to give you a nice ambience feeling. This is part 1.
