Recording on board a train, journeying from bangor to belfast, northern ireland, uk, 21st february 2018. Contains mostly on-board voices in various languages and recorded announcements in english. Last 44 minutes 10 seconds.

A recording of an entire journey on the london underground (jubilee line) but could pass as any subway/metro if you remove the train announcements. The recording begins at the top of escalators, travels to the platform, boards the train, then covers the whole journey, getting out of the train, and ascending the escalators at the other end.

Very quiet platform and very quiet trainincludes platform announcement, train arrival, door beeps and open, train announcement, train departure, 5 minutes of train journey (no voices), arrival at finsbury park, doors open. A short journey on london overground train from dalston to highbury and islington passing through canonbury. Recording includes ticket barrier noises, doors opening and closing and general announcements. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is some processing to this recording to ‘normalize’ the levels and light eq-ing. I do not require any credit or attribution. This is a sound of a mercedes benz 709d mini bus driving on a really hard icy road. It was a rattly old bus, everything squeaked and rumbled on it. I videoed this journey with my canon powershot a460 digital camera, i simply took the sound from the video. It's a good sound, it turned out well thanks to the winter weather, and the rough icy road.
