The march "The Tall Ship Eagle" by LCDR Lewis J. Buckley, U.S. Coast Guard, played by the U.S. Coast Guard Band for the album "U.S. Coast Guard Bicentennial, 1790–1990". This march commemorates USCGC Eagle (WIX-327).

Not a very good recording, and very short - but this is the flapping of a juvenile bald eagle's wings and its cry. I'm only uploading this because i don't think there are any other samples on freesound. I didn't manage to get a good shot at this one, so that's all there is. But i'll try for a better sample as soon as i can. This is a real bald eagle - not a red-tailed hawk, which is what most eagle samples really are. As with the loons, i'm on a bad dialup connection but if i get a better sample i'll upload it as a wav.

Sound of a ships sail being deployed quickly, or released into wind. Made to become one part for a harbour ambiance. Created by waving around the blanket of my bed. Recorded with focusrite scarlett and rode nt5. Slight reverb and some eq added (especially to enhance low frequencies).
