Do you ever go on the internet on your phone and discover a page that tells you that your iphone is infected with some virus even though it's a scam? sometimes it could either be clicking on an ad or your phone being redirected to some website. Well, last time i got a message like that, i'll put it in there either voice text to speech app for your phone. Are used to paul voice, so it would sound like the critical alert from microsoft error again. This could also be a prank to anyone who hasn't seen this. This time i used narrators voice to copy and paste the text that i got. You can download narrators voice on your phone or ipad or ipod touch.

I wanted to see if i could make a warning effect like the civil defense messages that play on the radio for storms and other emergencies, so i recorded my voice, and pitched it down, equalized it, put it through a high pass filter and lo and behold, i think it sounds pretty darn close. I then coupled it with a couple alert tones from my local noaa / nssl station and this sound was born. This effect could be used for an apocalyptic scenario or civil unrest, riots, looting, or anything else you desire. Not required, but it would be cool to hear if you use it for anything. Enjoy!.

A common issue with these chimes is that the second impact is muted by the impact rod, this was mitigated in this file by holding the chime with a specific side up. This is marked by the second bell properly ringing out after the second impact. This rendition is a pre-timed, loopable, clean version of the chime, recorded from a real imported 86640-12070 "king kong" (kin-kon) chime. Sound created by attaching a power supply set to 12v ~0. 35a in an amateur studio. Like many of my files, these are completely free to use without even giving credit! :) my only request is you tell me where you use them!.
