I just hooked up an 80's radio to my pc via the aux cord and recorded this horrifying thing whilst searching for a radio station on the d frequency. You can use it anywhere, just ask me before and/or mention the source. Or not.

This is the sound-signature of many of the problems with digital audio equipment, a source sound of now-unidentifiable character was mangled using a selection of iterative granular resampling, timestretching and recombination techniques, almost all of which produce noisy artefacts, intermodulation artefacts and a particuarly weird sort of very noisy geomtetric comb filtering.

I made a weird sound with my voice, stretched it out in every direction, and looped it to make a cool noise that could be used as the ambient music for a part of a game where there are either giant robots roaming around, or are scary-as-hell creatures.

Horror birds - morning birds recorded with h2n, cloned to 4 tracks in audacity, pitch shifted by various amounts and one of the tracks paul-stretched and sped up. Mixed down but then removed lower frequencies (wind or traffic rumble became too noticeable). Normalized. Here's the result.

My take on a level-up sound i remembered from the past should be like today. Recorded on a zoom h2 of a large bell originally.

This is a looping sound effect. Timing got screwy while making it so i dont have a bpm or even a time sig. Made it with an old yamaha synth and a mac. Makes me kind of nervlous when i lissen to it so it might work good whe you wanna confuze somebody or make them cautious.

Went to download a hearing test audio from youtube and got this really creepy sound instead. Sounds like some angry computer being possibly tumblr screaming 'go away' before it swallows you whole. Enjoy.

Ancient bits of sound i had rendered a long time ago for a friend's music project i secretly collaborated on ;). These are old programmed synthesizers with heavy effects, each one slightly different. And they're perfectly loopable if you want!.

Crazy computer sounding. . Use it however you like. Created by recording my heater for my room turn on with my "zoom h1n" put into ableton added with a simpler tuned to c and played at really really high pitches randomly.

I create my own original sound effects using audacity and my own equipment and ocassionally a garden gnome or two.

Fat drum loop experimental made with foley. Hip-hop trip-hop vibe, distorded kick and weird percussions, industrial. Loop is at 74bpm. Recorded mainly in my kitchen with h5, in stereo.

Crickets chirping at night behind my apartment balcony in tokyo. You can hear my neighbor's air conditioner droning in the background. There is some weird freak burping and talking in the middle of the recording. This is a stereo recording made with 2 coincidental mics at 120゜angles.

This is a raw sound-design sci-fi piece i made with a modular system using 4ms ensemble oscillator, mutable instruments clouds, strymon magneto & intellijel polaris.

I took a fairly drone-like-ambience, placed it in reaper's media explorer, and just had fun changing the loop size while recording the desktop.

These are samples from the new korg electribe emx2 music production station not the best recording quality but some nice sounds anyway the weird naming is due to the autoslice function in renoise wich i used to separate the samples from a one shot recording.

Extracted from camera recorded content, tidied up with audacity mono and noisegate. . . I also listen for problems and cherry pick to avoid weird sounds. . No rubbish dry sample. If you want to use these sorts of sounds (good for games or video), remeber adding reverb back is the trick to making the sound big again.
