Glass beer bottle blow sounding like the background "whoo" effect in the movies alien and blade runner. Mono. Old school spot effect. Helmholtz resonance using a partially-filled (for pitch tuning) glass beer bottle. The resulting tone was sampled, bandpass filtered, pitch bent and laid over a copy of the original sample. Reverb added post-effect to push the sound back and smooth out some nasty quantizing artefacts caused by the pitch bender.

This is a repost of beerbottlewhoo. Ogg. It's the same sound except that this one is in wav format. A whistling sound. This sound would probably work best in edm or hip-hop songs. It's really cool-sounding. Feel free to use without attribution, however you want. This sound was created with groovepad.

Me overdubbed 14 times trying to get that sort of "heave ho, row them oars!" type sound for a song. Not so much "heave-ho" but a fast "hee-haa-whoo" yell. In tempo at 145bpm. 24-bit stereo.

Sounds a bit like your radio. . . Made using audacity, the tone was given various effects to make it was it is now. Somewhat not the best, but it's something i created in 5 minutes. So it shows what little, or much you can do. . . You decide. -- use this sound under the creative commons 0 licence (whoo-hoo) --.
