All right, my first contribution and i hope i will be able to help you with some more good sound effects on the way. Here's a sound effect of a cassette tape being rewound in a tape recorder, although i kinda tweaked with the effect. Hope you like it, fellas.

This is a background sound i've created designed to imitate the noise produced by a vast collection of typewriters being worked on in a large warehouse environment. All the noises within in have been taken from freesound. There are 8 different typewriters here. On some channels i stuck a lo pass and some big room reverb, and on others i added a little compression to bring them to the forefront. The whole had a hard limiter to -6 on the top.

Braun model 3105 coffee maker. Multiple takes of picking up and replacing the glass carafe on the hotplate. The left channel is a sennheiser mkh-416 and the right channel is an akg c414 b-uls, both into a john hardy m-1 preamp into pro tools. Each mic has a slightly different recording position. The akg has more of a "room" perspective whereas the sennheiser gives a close up, detailed perspective.

This is an old commercial refrigerator from the grocery store. It was making a very nice regular droning sound so i placed my phone inside the fridge to get a clean recording without the noise from the store. Perfect for a spaceship drone or background noise at a factory.

Here are the sounds i recorded:- the "loose parts" sounds were a slightly unscrewed valve on a trumpet. - the hydraulic leg-lifting noise was a hatch door opening on a van. - the metal foot hitting the ground was me banging on a metal garage door. - the humming engine noise (it's quiet) was a roll of duct tape spun on a wooden board. - the various other clanks and pops were the same trumpet noises, just edited a bunch. This is called "three-legged robot walker with loose parts" because it was a foley assignment for my sound design course years ago.
