My intention with my sound was to replicate the sound of gunfire in a rainy day. I envisioned a person caught in the crossroads of a battle while taking a stroll down a gravel road.
A medium rain on my skylight. There are also some silent birdsounds in the background. Recorded with a unamplified field recording microphone in stereo.
Night atmosphere recorded from the 2nd floor of my house. Busy street at aprox. 20 meters. There are cabs and busses passing. Recorded with zoom h4n & sennheiser me66 long-gun. .
Recorded during a wet winter storm on january 12, 2014 in nova scotia. Wind gusts were reported to be 100 km per hour with heavy rain. Recorded using a zoom h4n using onboard mics standing under an awning for cover. Curious how this ends up being used.
On the morning when we had a partial (around 70%) eclipse of the sun, i went outside to find it was raining. . . With very thick clouds in the sky. Olympus ls10 built-in mics.
Light rain falling from roof onto puddle on the cement sidewalk. Recorded outside of my first year dorm. Someone asks me to let them into the building toward the end lol.
This is a recording right next to water falling into a bucket while its raining. I have a second recording of it been recorded at about 5 feet away that is also uploaded. Enjoy.
Here is a rainy day version with what sounds like blue jays and other birds including crows in the background. Recorded on the back porch with rain falling off eaves in a spectacular sound clip via a tascam dr-05.
Recording of a light rain on the suburbs of a big city. Recorded with the zoom h4n in-built stereo mics, from a window. Rain drops on concrete ceilings, roofs and asphalt; distant traffic sounds.
