Creepy sirens all at slightly different frequencies. I recorded it with an iphone xr during some adverse weather with a tornado warning/watch.

I made this loopable siren noise and added some extra effects.

I'm Just Wild About Harry song (instrumental version). 78 RPM vertical cut photograph. Noise removed. Some equalization and compression to adjust for "tinny" sound. Disclaimer: this may be loud. Check your volume. This sound is an experiment i did for a short film my crew and i are working on. I wanted to see if i could make a warning effect like the civil defense messages that play on the radio for storms and other emergencies, so i recorded my voice, and pitched it down, equalized it, put it through a high pass filter and lo and behold, i think it sounds pretty darn close. I then coupled it with a couple alert tones from my local noaa / nssl station and this sound was born. This effect could be used for an apocalyptic scenario or civil unrest, riots, looting, or anything else you desire. Not required, but it would be cool to hear if you use it for anything. Enjoy!.

Had a fire drill in uni today so thought i would have a shot at recording it incase any of you have a use for it. I recorded it using a tascam dr-40, 44. 1khz 24bit.

Two sustained voice samples i subsequently pitch shifted and layered for an ambient work (to achieve an 80's choir pad effect). The key is almost in middle c, but slightly off. . . Because i can't sing. The second, lower voice sample was recorded extremely close to the mic to achieve clipping; i wanted to get a buzzy, boomy sound out of it.
