A large exercise ball being inflated using an accordion-style hand pump, which produces a whistling sound as air is forced into the nearly full rubber type ball. There is a reverb to the ringing of the air as it spreads in the ball.

Moderate rainfall with civil defense (air raid) sirens wailing and rotating and low rumbles of thunder. Recorded about an hour before a major tornado struck the area.

Just a sound of a person who smokes, not very good quality but playing with equalizer and other effects, you can have a nice final sound. I recorded this sound for a personal project with a very cheap microphone. But the final rendering was good.
