An ambient, white noise wall of sound recorded as i walked through our well ventilated university print shop. You can hear a variety of machine noises that layer to create a constant hum, with a swelling rise and fall like occasional waves. Some of the vents whistle, some tick or click and purr. Near the very end, there is a single sharp click. The ventilation system is an anti-fume tube series used for printmaking. Recorded on a microtrack ii. General information: recorded indoors on handheld microtrack while walking from room to room. No noticeable footstep sounds. No voices. Room has high ceilings and cement floors.

So this is an alien sci-fi ambient soundtrack that i made, it is very mysterious and spooky, reminds me of the game lost planet or the movie alien. Just like somewhere in an abandoned space jail station lost in space. Ambient living room sound at night with a rabbit eating pellets.

Background white noise recorded at a computer test lab. Constant drone with no beeps or clicks. Different from the first recording.

Some crickets recorded at night near a small gas station off a highway in nebraska. Sound is stereo and loops more or less seamlessly if needed.

Recorded stereo xy mic configuration with two akg ck93 capsule mic with zoom h6.

In fact, this is the sound of the forest, which was recorded in the gagarin park in chelyabinsk, under the influence of many effects it became similar to this sound.

A broken space heater that clicks. Recorded with a zoom h5 using the onboard xyh-5 capsule to capture a stereo signal and a sennheiser k6/me66 for a mono track. Very minor post processing to balance the stereo/mono and pull the subs out of the side channels.

Hoping this one doesn't have the squeak sounds like with the wav file. My first attempt at ambient guitar. Recorded with my epiphone sg through the walrus slo pedal on 'rise'setting, into the focusrite 2i2 interface and then into reaper. The bass is a squier mini-bass through a behringer bxl1800 amp into the interface and into reaper. I used reverb, eq, compression and pan surround on both instruments. Selected voice lead on a yamaha ew300 keyboard and paulstretched by 2. 0 in audacity and then amplified it down by -5. 0db to use as a background drone ambience, next i selected midi grand piano voice on keyboard and played over the background drone.
