This is a whole lot of longsword-on-longsword sounds. I was specifically trying to get nice sounds for "winding", when two swords are pushed back and forth and around each other as opponents look for an opening. There are also some "binding" sounds, when the two swords first clash. Some of these binding noises did peak the mic. None of these binding noises were the swords hitting at full force - they are all weaker binds. Pick and choose the noises you like to build your sword fight foley.

This sound is an extremely distorted sample of breathing suitable for use in horror soundscapes. It was created by taking the sound of breathing and feeding it through multiple filters in audacity. The filter sequence used is as follows: reverb, volume boost, static, phaser, bass boost, barry's satan maximizer, amplifier.

This sound have been recorded in mono, on a samsung s8, using the recording app ''audiorec''. I have used izotope rx 6 to remove any unwanted noise. This is the sound of an industrial elevator. I had to upload a sound to get my group project members to find my username so that they could find my bookmarked sounds, so i recorded myself snapping in a library on a crappy laptop mic into audacity.

An ambient recording in may 2022 of a farm in rhinebeck, upstate new york. I wish i could name the animals that can be heard on here, there are all manner of frogs and birds in the area (blue jays, mockingbirds etc) alas i am not a native. There is a continuous whine throughout the recording which is a distant water pump - i suspect that, if desirable the frequency could be excluded with a bit of parametric eq.

Recorded by my partner, who was out walking the dog, too close to the road again. I hear three motorcycles and a passing car. As usual, the guy with the smallest engine was working it the hardest.

I used an sm58 to mic the piano in a live setting, and recorded it simultaneously.

Pc speaker sounds, recorded by mic'ing the tower. Quite noisy, but still very funky in a beat. I used bawami to get my own midi files to play through the pc speaker in order to produce these sounds.
