Two trains in polish contryside at springbirds, road rumor, a train horn and a pheasant. The train arrives slowly in this athmosphere and then vanish. Another one can be heard around 5'30. Recorded in birkenau, poland, spring 2007. Recorded with shoeps ab ortfrecorded on sounddevice 744twave stéréo, 16 bits, 48 khz.

A march-like tune featuring a horn, organ and cymbal. Made to sound like a theme played at the circus.

Microwave hum, followed by 5 beeps, then door open & close. Recorded in mono mp3 mode on a zoom h2. The recorder then created a 2-track file (and i assume both tracks are identical). Compressed and normalized to -3. 1 db in audacity. Exported in flac mode.

The accompaniment section from a cheap kids keyboard - the description doesn't really match the sound. The accompaniment plays at three tempos followed by percussion only version of the same.

Recorded on mid-summer (that looked like mid-autumn) day 2010 in vilnius with a simple olympus voice recorder. I placed an old piece of metal sheet on a broken glass fish tank near a garage wall to catch the drops, recorder was placed in the middle of the sheet. The rain was very light and fine, later it intensified and became lighter again - all this is heard in the recording. Unfortunately three recorder beeps are heard at the end signaling that it was running out of memory. I later decided to leave them in as it quite unexpectedly added some drama to the whole record. . .

From the loa angeles book fair 2019 opening day at usc campus. Not the full band , still very impressive. Forgive the clipping as the dynamic range for this material is quite large. Recording too far away i would have picked up chatter, so a compromising record.
