I made this short composition to use with my 2021 social media safety contest entry.

This is my wind entry for the competition. It's derived from some recorded voice and putting a microphone in various containers while the wind was blowing. I was able to get some interesting sounds from this, then i used some mutation effects, convolution, and phase vocoding to combine the voice and the wind sounds into this short piece.

This is my competition entry for earth. It is comprised of copies of a kick drum recording and a high hat recording i've done with some phase vocoder processing. This short sound is really about 7 tracks of layered audio.

This is imitation of hungarian gipsy oral basing. I know, that hungarian gypsies uses kana jug, but i try to use my udu.

Rode nt4 microphone compare signal-noise of phantom and battery power. Nt4, together with small electrical clock, in bed under all the pillows of the house. ;-). First 48v phantom-powersecond 9 v battery-power. Gear chain: rode nt4 with original xlr cord > sound devices 302 >tascam dr-100 mk2. My conclusion: the battery powered mic nt4 is 0. 5db more quiet. Field recording within large crowds with ambiance of pa announcers, crowd noises, helicopters, and screaming f-1 700hp v-8 engines upshifting & revving up to 18,000 rpm. Town fireworks display, including grand finale, recorded in large parking lot of a municipal park very close to where the fireworks were set off. There is quite a bit of natural reverb throughout, and some nice applause from the crowd afterwards.
