Co, i managed to synthesize the sound of a bus, which sounded a lot like either a 2005 new flyer d40lf bus or a 2008 new flyer d60lf bus, both commonly used by mississauga transit/miway. A sample from a quick flight that i took with a friend on september 8th, 2015. Audio was recorded with a zoom h5. You can hear the engine start, then we idle on the runway for a bit, and you'll hear us make a proper takeoff at about 13:30. After that it generally sounds the same. You'll hear when i crank the level down after takeoff, but you'll be able to easily compensate for it if you're serious about needing sustained flight noise for a small plane.
