Short clip of a casio sk-8 demo being played through pedals (boss me-30 on pitch shifter, alesis nanoverb on non-linear (reverse) reverb) and possibly others. Has an interesting blurred sound. . . Possibly good for looping. . .
Skates on ice: here is a very specific sound effect. The metallic slash through ice when it is being skated on. There are multiple variations of this in this track due to the amount of contact the blade of the skate has to the ice and also the force being put into the movement. It is a sharp and cold sound. Recorded with the zoom h6, rode ntg.
Slip on icy. I've remastered this sound for my multiplayer roguelike game: https://tangaria. Com. Based at: https://freesound. Org/people/timothyd4y/sounds/475674/.
Ice carving, recorded at the icehotel in jukkasjärvi, sweden (http://icehotel. Com/) with tascam dat recorder and rode nt4 microphone. 44,1k/16b, 25sec.
A delicate tinkling of ice recorded on a behringer ultravoice mic from tilting a plastic container of frozen turkey broth i took out of the freezer. Apparently a small number of free floating ice crystals were hitting a layer of frozen crystals on the lid, resulting in this remarkably musical sound. Please feel free to use as you like!.
