This recording is done inside a closed room very early in the morning. You can hear the exterior ambience from inside of crickets and frogs. Useful if you are looking for an ambient sound that will give you the feel of a room and a post-rain environment outside. Recorded on my iphone 12 pro using dolby on app.

A foggy july morning. The recorder was placed on a rock about 30cm from the edge of the water which was moving very slowly. The waves were really shallow and soft. You can hear uk songbirds in the wooded area behind the recorder and seabirds in front of it. Occasionally you can hear a foghorn in the distance. Frogs. So many frogs around sundown on a forest trail in vancouver, canada. Got in real close to record this with my phone. Slap a bunch of reverb on this clip and you've got some nice nighttime ambience for a film.
